LAFAYETTE, LA, July 26, 2023 - Broussard, David & Moroux recently added a new attorney, Emily C. Borgen, to the growing personal injury firm, further expanding the team to eleven attorneys.

Emily is a Personal Injury Attorney who focuses on serious personal injury and wrongful death cases involving 18-wheeler and automobile accidents, premises liability, and general injury law. Prior to joining the firm, Emily spent time in both personal injury and defense practices. Born in Louisiana, but raised in New York, Emily is a graduate of New York University. After graduation, Emily attended Duke University Law School where she obtained her Juris Doctorate cum laude in 2011. Emily then served as a Law Clerk for Judge Hon W. Eugene David at the United States Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit. Emily is licensed to practice in New York and Louisiana, she was named a Super Lawyer Rising Star in both 2020-21 and 2021-22.
