Kenneth “Kenny” Hebert is an attorney at Broussard & David, LLC whose practice focuses on serious personal injury and wrongful death cases involving 18-wheeler and automobile accidents, premises liability, and general injury law. Kenny is a proud graduate of Louisiana State University with a Bachelor’s of Arts in History. After graduation, Kenny studied at Southern University Law Center, obtaining his Juris Doctorate in 2011. During law school, he interned at the Louisiana Supreme Court under Justice Greg Guidry.
Before he began representing plaintiffs, Kenny was an Assistant District attorney for the better part of a decade successfully trying multiple judge and jury trials. Kenny’s courtroom experience as a prosecutor has given him valuable tools that he uses in litigation to help maximize recovery for his injured clients.
Kenny currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Lafayette Parish Bar Association (LBA) and the Lafayette Parish Young Lawyers Association where he serves as chair of the continuing legal education committee. Kenny is also a member of the Board of Directors for Focus Clubhouse, a non-profit organization that focuses on aiding those in the Lafayette community who suffer from mental health issues.
A native of New Iberia, Acadiana has been Kenny’s home his entire life. He and his wife currently reside in Lafayette with their three sons.
