Director of Operations

We are currently seeking an experienced Director of Operations to join our team in our Lafayette office. The ideal candidate is a highly skilled and experienced Director of Operations who will drive operational success while demonstrating a strong commitment to excellence and fostering a positive, collaborative work environment.
Job Description:As the Director of Operations, you will play a critical role in managing and overseeing the firm's operations. You will work closely with the partners and firm leadership to develop and implement strategies that enhance efficiency, profitability, and overall firm performance. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:- Operational Leadership: Identify and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve operations and profitability. Review and refine operating procedures to achieve efficiencies.
- Strategic Planning: Partner with the leadership team to develop and execute strategic plans that align with the firm’s goals and objectives.
- Case Management System: Lead the implementation and optimization of our Case Management System, ensuring it enhances operational efficiency and data accuracy.
- Financial Management: Analyze financial statements and identify cost-saving opportunities. Produce reports to assess the firm’s financial health and advise on profitability improvement strategies.
- Team Development: Foster a positive team environment, promote excellent legal results and client service, and ensure a talented pool of A-players for future hiring needs. Conduct performance reviews and create incentive plans.
- Facilities Management: Create and maintain aesthetically pleasing and efficient office spaces. Manage all aspects of facilities management, including compliance with safety codes.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in operations management, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment. Key qualifications include:- Proven experience as a Director of Operations or in a similar senior operational role.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with legal case management systems and technology.
- Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management.
