Product Liability

Product liability is that area of the law that gives the right to the consumers who have been injured by a dangerous product to recover damages against the manufacturer of that product. Potentially, anything that a consumer buys or uses could be the subject of a product liability lawsuit.

Some examples of past product liability lawsuits include:

  • Airplanes
  • Helicopters
  • Tractors
  • Fork Lifts
  • Machinery
  • Heavy Equipment
  • Automobiles
  • Combines
  • Farm Equipment
  • and many others.

Broussard & David is prepared to battle manufacturers who produce dangerous and defective products.
